摘要
将壳聚糖作为絮凝剂净化处理造纸法再造烟叶烟草提取液,考察了脱乙酰度为85%壳聚糖的分子量、添加用量、絮凝处理时间、温度和pH对造纸法再造烟叶烟草提取液的净化效果。结果表明,添加烟草提取液质量0.03%的6万分子量壳聚糖,在60℃下絮凝处理20min后离心分离,能有效去除提取液中的悬浮物和大分子物质,起到净化再造烟叶烟草提取液的作用。壳聚糖作为絮凝剂处理烟草提取液后,蛋白质和果胶含量相比处理前下降了40%,经浓缩涂布制成的再造烟叶成品的感官品质有明显提升。
Chitosan with 85% degree of deacetylation as a flocculating agent could be used in the purification treatment of tobacco extract solution in reconstituted tobacco by papermaking process, the effect of chitosan molecular weight, adding content, flocculation time, solution temperature and p H on tobacco extract solution purification were also researched. The result showed that the best technological conditions were as followings: adding content was 0.03% weight content of the tobacco extract solution, chitosan molecular weight was 60000, and flocculation was treated 20 min under 60 ℃, then centrifugal separation. Under these conditions, it could effectively remove the suspended solids and harmful macromolecular substances in the extract solution and purify the extract solution of reconstituted tobacco. The tobacco extract solution was dealt with chitosan which used as flocculant, the protein and pectin content both decreased by more than 40% compared with that before being treated, and the sensory quality of reconstituted tobacco also had been improved significantly.
