摘要
采用1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)和几种抗菌剂(AEM5700、SCJ-2000、GC-G018W)及β-环糊精,对纯棉织物进行免烫/抗菌复合功能整理,测试了整理前后织物的免烫/抗菌性能,筛选出抗菌性能较好的抗菌剂SCJ-2000,免烫/抗菌整理的二浴二步法优化工艺为:BTCA 80 g/L,100℃预烘1.5 min,160℃焙烘3 min;SCJ2000 70 g/L,100℃烘干交联1.5 min。经该工艺整理后,织物折皱回复角达255°,对金黄葡萄球菌的抗菌率达98%以上。
Easy-care and antibacterial compound finish of cotton fabrics are carried out with BTCA, sever- al antibacterial agents(AEM5700, SCJ-2000, GC-GO18W) and 13-CDs respectively. The easy-care and anti- bacterial property of fabrics before and after finish are tested, The antibacterial agent SCJ-2000 shows good antibacterial property. The optimum compound finish process are: BTCA 80 g/L, SCJ 2000 70 g/L, pre-drying at 100 ℃ for 1.5 min,and curing at 160 ℃ for 3 min for easy-care finish,then drying and cross- linking at tOO ℃ for 1.5 min for antibacterial finish.
