摘要 血小板在生理性止血过程中起到重要的作用,但是在异常状况下,血小板可能会造成病理性出血或者血栓[1]。因此,血小板活化过程中的胞内信号转导是需要严格控制的。当血管内皮损伤,血小板结合到胶原或者vWF后触发胞内信号转导,使血小板稳固的黏附到内皮下膜[2]。随后血小板表面的整合素活化引起血小板聚集[3],级联放大反应形成稳固的栓子。磷脂酰肌醇(PtdIns)及其磷酸化形式在血小板信号网络中起到重要的作用。 Summary Phosphatidylinositol and phosphoinositides represent essential components of intracellular signa- ling that regulates diverse cellular processes, including platelet plug formation. In this review, we will discuss re- cent advances in our understanding of phosphoinositide organization during platelet activation.
