摘要
介绍了基于CATIA V5软件在定制的机电环境系统图设计模块中利用"系统图驱动三维设备管路附件"模式,通过建立定义二维图形的设备零件模型并由目录文件管理,定制相关设计规则,定义二维图形模型和三维实体模型之间的关联关系。在系统图设计模块中调用已建立的二维图形库绘制系统图,根据系统图驱动三维设备管路附件,着重研究设备管路附件从设备零件库中调用方法。通过本项探索研究可以保证系统图中的设备零件规格与三维布置图中的设备零件规格高度一致,避免布置中错漏现象,减少设备零件从设备库中调用步骤和时间,大幅提高设计质量和工作效率。
In the paper, the mode of driving the pipeline accessory of 3D equipment by application of the system graph in the given design mode of the electromechanieal environmental system graph based on CATIA V5 system is introduced. By the building and definition of the equipment part models of 2D graph which is controlled by the content document, the relation between 2D graph model and 3D physical model is defined. In the design modules of the system graph, the system graph is mapped by application of the established graph graphic library. In accordance with system graph which drives the pipeline accessory of 3D equipment, the method of transferring the pipeline accessory of the equipment from the equipment part library is studied especially. Through this study and exploration, specification of equipment parts in the system graph is exactly in compliance with those in 3D layout. Mistake and missing are avoided, step and time of equipment parts to be transferred from the equipment library are reduced, and design quality and efficiency are largely improved.
