摘要
遵循教学规律,依据教学质量改进原理与知识,开展适宜性教学质量改进实践是有效提高教学质量的基本经验。教学惯性改变原理、素质的自生成原理、活动决定素质原理、过程保证质量原理、深层学习原理、全面与重点统筹兼顾的原理和全面质量领导与管理原理是我国当代大学教学质量改进需要遵循的七个基本原理。正确理解并创造性地运用这七个基本原理与相应的方法,能够有效提高大学教学质量改进的整体效率与效果。
Based on the laws of teaching and the principles of teaching quality improvement theory and knowledge, carrying out proper teaching quality improvement practice is a kind of basic teaching experience in effective teaching quality improvement. Generally speaking, there are seven basic principles teaching inertia change principle, self-generation principle, activities-determined principle, process-ensured principle, deep learning principle, comprehensive and focused principles and total quality leadership and management principle, which guide the holistic education to improve the quality of our contemporary universities. In fact, correct understanding and creative use of these seven basic principles and corresponding method can effectively improve teaching quality's overall efficiency and effectiveness.
