摘要
药用北柴胡是常用传统中药之一,历代本草和现行药典均有收载。北柴胡化学成分复杂(包括根部和地上部分),其中挥发油、三萜皂苷、黄酮三类成分是北柴胡的主要活性成分,具有解热、抗炎、中枢抑制、抗病毒、保肝利胆及抗肿瘤等作用。通过文献整理,对北柴胡化学成分及其活性部位研究进展作一综述,为北柴胡的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Bupleurum chinense DC. is a herb that has been widely used and was recorded in most of pharmacopeias （or materia medica books ） in China. B. chinense DC. is rich in chemical constituents （both in the root and aerial parts）. Active constituents of it, especially volatile oil, triterpenoid saponins and flavonoids, have many important physiological functions, such as heat resistance, anti - inflammatory, central inhibition, antivirus, hepatoprotective, antitumor and so on. In this paper, we summed up pertinent literatures on the chemical constituents and active constituents of B. chinense DC. for the further use and development.
