摘要
目的：探讨锁定钢板与钢板内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月～2013年12月本院收治的肱骨外科颈骨折患者157例，将其随机分为观察组79例和对照组78例，观察组给予锁定钢板治疗，对照组给予钢板内固定治疗。比较两组的临床疗效，记录手术时间、术中出血量及骨折愈合时间。结果观察组的总有效率为96.20%，对照组为80.77%，观察组的总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的手术时间及骨折愈合时间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折效果确切，可缩短手术时间，减少术中出血量，患者可在较短时间内恢复肩关节功能，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking plate and plate fixation in the treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture. Methods 157 patients with humeral surgical neck fracture treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （79 cases） and control group （78 cases）,locking plate was taken to the observation group,plate fixation was given to the control group.The clinical ef-ficacy of the two groups was compared,operation time,amount of bleeding during operation and fracture healing time were recorded. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （96.20%） was higher thanof the control group （80.77%） （P〈0.05）.The operation time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, amount of bleeding during operation in the observation group was less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of locking plate for treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture is exact,it can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,the shoulder function of patients may recover in a rela-tively short period, thus is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
