摘要
近年来,鲍曼不动杆菌已经成为我国医院内获得性感染的主要病原菌之一。随着抗生素的广泛应用,多重耐药以及泛耐药株的临床分离率不断提高。在对其耐药性变迁及耐药机制研究的同时,研究人员开始进一步关注其致病力及致病机制。耐药性增加与其致病力的变化是否存在一定的相关性尚不明确。本文将对鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药特征、耐药机制及其致病力特征进行综述,以更好的了解鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性变化机制及致病力演变的特征,更好的指导鲍曼不动杆菌临床预防及感染治疗。
Recently,Acinetobacter has become one of the main pathogens of hospital acquired infection.With the wide usage of antibiotics,the isolation rates of multi- drug resistant strains and pan- drug resistant strains increased gradually. The epidemiology of drug resistance and its resistance mechanism were the current research focuses. Meaning while,some researchers began to learn more about its virulence and pathogenesis. The relationship between the increased antimicrobial resistance and the changes of its virulence was not clear yet. This review will cover the biological characteristics,drug- resistance characteristics and the mechanism of Acinetobacter baumannii. It may give more chance to understand the resistance mechanism of Acinetobacter baumannii and the evolution of its virulence characteristics,and may provide reference data to guide clinical prevention and treatment of infection caused by Acinetobacter baumannii.
