摘要
实验测定了硫酸钙在不同温度和不同浓度盐水溶液中的溶解度,并分析了盐水溶液中各离子对钙离子的溶解浓度的影响及盐水浓度、温度对硫酸钙溶解度及溶度积的影响。结果表明:钙离子的溶解浓度随溶液中氯离子、镁离子、钾离子的浓度的增加先增加后降低,随硫酸根浓度的增加先减小后增加;硫酸钙的溶解度随氯化钠浓度的增加先增加,中间出现一个极大值后再降低,极大值为7.10 g/L;在盐水浓度为25%时,硫酸钙的溶解度随温度的升高先缓慢地增加,在70℃下达到最高,而后降低;硫酸钙的溶度积随盐水浓度的增加先升高再降低;在25%盐水中,温度为25℃~90℃下硫酸钙的溶度积数值范围为1 461(mmol/L)2~2 068(mmol/L)2。
The solubility of calcium sulfate in different concentration of brine and different temperature was studied. The effects of different ions in brine on concentration of calcium ion and the effects of different concentration of brine and different temperature on the solubility and solubility product of calcium sulfate were analyzed. The experimental results indicated that the solubility of calcium ion increased firstly and then decreased with the increasing of the concentration of chloride ion,magnesium ion and potassium ion,which deceased firstly and then increased with the increasing of the concentration of sulfate ion. The solubility of calcium sulfate increased firstly and appeared a maximum value of 7. 10 g / L and then decreased with the increasing of the concentration of sodium chloride. The solubility of calcium sulfate increased slowly firstly and then decreased with the increasing of temperature when the concentration of brine was 25%. In 70 ℃,the solubility of calcium sulfate reached the highest. The solubility product of calcium sulfate increased firstly and then decreased with the increasing of the concentration of brine. As the concentration of brine was25% and the temperature was from 25 ℃ to 90 ℃,the solubility product value of calcium sulfate was from 1 461( mmol / L)2to 2 068( mmol / L)2.
