摘要
地方本科高校转型发展是涉及我国高等教育改革发展全局的重大改革,将对我国高等教育产生持续和深远影响,加强对地方本科高校转型发展的理性思考具有重要现实意义。推进地方本科高校转型发展,需要全面分析各利益相关者的动机博弈,探讨以解决大学生就业难为主要目的的转型发展的合理性与可行性,明确转型发展的主导力量等关键问题,并采取理念指导、制度保障、分类管理、评估引导等综合措施保障转型发展顺利推进。
Transforming municipal colleges for local and global challenges is an issue of tremendous and enduring significance for higher education reform in China. To promote the transformation of municipal colleges,it is necessary to identify the leading protagonist of the reform,establish guiding conceptual frameworks as well as robust institutional arrangements,conduct a game-theoretic analysis of all stakeholders' motivation,focus on solving employment problems confronting college graduates,and implement differentiated management as well as performance evaluation,so as to guarantee the smooth transition of municipal colleges.
