摘要
选取原煤样、经过瓦斯解吸处理和通甲烷处理的3种不同瓦斯含量的混合煤样,利用程序升温实验对其自燃特性参数进行实验研究,通过对不同煤温条件下的耗氧速率、CO产生率、CO2产生率及放热强度进行分析,得到了氧化自燃过程中瓦斯对煤氧化自燃特性的影响规律,揭示了瓦斯对煤自燃的抑制作用。
Three different coal samples which include the original coal sample, the coal sample treated by methane desorption and the coal sample treated by methane were selected, theirs spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters were studied through pro- grammed heating experiment. The influence laws of gas on the characteristic parameters of coal spontaneous combustion during the peri- od of oxidation and spontaneous combustion was drew by analyzing the oxygen consuming velocity, carbon monoxide producing velocity, carbon dioxide producing velocity and the exothermie intensity under different coal temperatures, which revealed an inhibition effect of gas on coal spontaneous combustion.
