摘要
目的探讨益肾壮骨合剂联合钙尔奇D对糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者的空腹血糖变化和临床疗效。方法 120例病例随机平分为3组。A组:单纯降糖;B组:单纯使用钙尔奇D;C组:使用益肾壮骨合剂联合钙尔奇D。观察比较3组患者骨密度、血钙、血磷、骨碱性磷酸酶、空腹血糖的变化。结果单纯降糖治疗不能有效治疗骨质疏松,加中医补肾壮骨治疗可以更有效的辅助骨质疏松的治疗;C组骨密度值升高较快,血糖降低较快(P<0.05),且中西医结合治疗骨质疏松和糖尿病可在后期达到较好的治疗效果;此外,C组治疗9周后血糖差值和骨密度差值成负相关(r>0.05),骨质疏松治疗和糖尿病治疗间存在协同作用,中西补肾治疗骨质疏松时可以辅助血糖的控制。结论在西医降糖和减少骨吸收治疗的基础上加用益肾壮骨合剂可有效缩短糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者的血糖、骨密度的改善时间,并在后期治疗中达到较好的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yishen Zhuanggu Mixture combined with Caltrate D on the changes of fasting blood glucose of diabetic patients with osteoporosis. Methods 120 cases of outpatients and inpatients in Endocrinology Department from January 2010 to September 2013 were randomly divided into three groups.Group A： sugar-reducing group; Group B： Caltrate D group; Group C： Yishen Zhuanggu Mixture combined with Caltrate D group. The changes of bone density,blood calcium,phosphorus,bone alkaline phosphatase and fasting blood glucose of patients in three groups were compared. Results Pure hypoglycemic therapy can not be effective in the treatment of osteoporosis. Yishen Zhuanggu should be added. The combination of them can be more effective in the treatment of osteoporosis; Bone mineral density value increases quickly and blood sugar drops quickly in Group C（ P〈0. 05）,and the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for osteoporosis and diabetes can achieve good effect in the later stage; In addition,there was a negative correlation between blood sugar difference and bone mineral density difference in Group C after 9 weeks of treatment（ r〉 0. 05）. There is a synergy between osteoporosis treatement and diabetes treatment. The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for osteoporosis can control blood glucose. Conclusion Western medicine hypoglycemic and reducing bone resorption treatment combined with Yishen Zhuanggu Mixture can effectively reduce the blood sugar of patients with diabetic osteoporosis,shorten improvement time of bone mineral density and achieve a good therapeutic effect in the later stage.
