摘要
目的探讨急性髓细胞白血病(AML)的免疫表型特点。方法采用CD45/SSC双参数散点图设门流式细胞术对106例初诊AML患者进行免疫表型分析。结果 106例AML患者中M_2最常见。(1)髓系抗原CD33、CD13和CD117在AML中高表达,阳性率依次为95.3%、92.5%和82.1%。CD64在M_3中阳性率最高为100%。CD14仅在M_4、M_5中表达,阳性率分别为60%和27.3%。(2)造血干/祖细胞分化抗原CD34、HLA-DR和CD38的阳性率分别为56.6%、54.7%和48.1%。M_3患者CD34和HLA-DR呈低表达。(3)淋系抗原CD4、CD56、CD7和CD19在AML患者中阳性率依次为34%、34%、20.8%和14.2%。结论 CD33、CD13和CD117是AML最常见的髓系标志。CD34、HLA-DR在M_3患者中低表达。
Objective To evaluate the immunophenotypic features of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Methods Immunopheno- typing was performed with flow cytometry in 106 newly diagnosed AML patients using CD45/SSC gating. Results M2 was the most common among the 106 patients with AML. ( 1 )The myeloid antigens of CD33, CD13 and CD117 were highly expressed in the patients with AML. Their positive rates were 95.3% , 92.5% and 82.1% , respectively. The positive rate of CD64 was 100% , which was the highest in M3. CD14 was only expressed in M4 and M5, with positive rates of 60% and 27.3% respectively. (2) CD34, HLA-DR and CD38 were the haemopoietic stem/progenitor cell differentiation antigens, and their positive rates were 56.6% , 54.7% and 48.1% , respectively. The expressions of CD34 and HLA-DR were low in M3. (3) The lymphocytic antigens of CD4, CD56,CD7 and CD19 were expressed in the patients with AML,and their positive rates were 34% ,34% ,20.8% and 14.2% respectively. Conclusion CD33, CD13 and CD117 are the most common myeloid antigens in AML. CD34 and HLA-DR are lowly expressed in the patients with AML-M3.
