摘要
目前,数字音乐产业快速发展成为我国音乐发展市场的主体力量和重要市场。然而,由于我国音乐版权保护水平不高加上相关法律法规的不完善,使得数字音乐产业发展过程遭遇了版权保护不力的问题,阻碍了我国数字音乐产业的健康发展。在梳理数字音乐版权概念及我国数字音乐版权保护中面临问题的基础上,就网络环境下我国未来数字音乐版权保护提出一些有针对性的解决策略,对帮助我国未来数字音乐产业的可持续发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
Nowadays, the digital music industry is developing rapidly and has been main force and important market in the development of the music market in China. However, owing to the low copyright protection and insufficiency in relative law, the development of the digital music in China experienced weak copyright protection, which hindered the healthy development of the digital music in China. Base on analyzing these problems, it is of great significance to put forward some targeted solution strategies in website situation to assist the sustainable development of the future digital music in China.
