摘要
存货质押融资业务具有巨大的市场发展潜力,科学且准确地诊断其业务风险具有重要意义。目前,业务风险诊断的方法存在或多或少的缺陷。基于此,本文提出新的存货质押融资业务风险诊断方法。该方法应用模糊语言区间数刻画指标值及指标重要性程度,参考TOPSIS法思想,测量各风险影响指标到正理想解与负理想解的距离,并定义相对风险系数的计算式。最后进行案例演示,给出风险诊断详细过程,为银行进行决策提供参考。
Inventory pledge financing business has a huge market potential of development, so it is significant to study its risk diagnosis method. In view of this situation, this paper presents a new method for the diagnosis of inventory risk financing project. The method describes the index and the index weight by using fuzzy language interval number, references the idea of TOPSIS, measures the distance from every index to the positive ideal solution and the negative ideal solution, and defines the calculation formula of the relative risk coefficient. At last, the paper designs a simulation example, gives the specific diagnostic process of the risk,and provides the reference for the bank to make decision.
