摘要
针对风力发电机组在叶根处摆振力矩、挥舞力矩的极限载荷外推方法问题,以某3 MW风力发电机组为原型。采用改进冯·卡门谱进行550个3D湍流风模拟,从而减小了由湍流风造成的误差。引入过峰值阈值法,减少非重要载荷极值。利用两种拟合方法分别对两种典型概率分布进行分析对比,研究表明三参数威布尔分布下的最大似然估计法最适合计算极限外推载荷,且相对于其他3种方法更具有广泛性。
