摘要
小瓜虫是淡水养殖中致死率最高的寄生原虫之一,本文首先分析了小瓜虫病的发病症状,并简述了该病的发现、流行及分布状况,从其起源到地方流行及全世界性蔓延情况入手,总体分析了小瓜虫病的流行原因及危害。在小瓜虫病的防治方面,依次从物理方法、化学方法和生物疫苗治疗三个方面入手,重点分析了这三种方法的利弊,通过比较,作者认为基因工程疫苗防治小瓜虫病逐步成为研究热点,具有广阔的发展空间,在继续加大力度筛选无公害有效药物的同时,应大力开展基因工程疫苗研究,防治一体。尽量降低其对食用鱼和观赏鱼养殖的危害,力争彻底治愈小瓜虫病。
