摘要
延伸公差带是机械加工零件中的一个控制元素,实际生产中又称"投影公差",符号为"P"。其定义是根据零件的功能要求,位置度和对称度公差带延伸到被测要素长度的界限之外时,该公差带称为延伸公差带。由于位置度公差概念清晰,解释唯一,能够准确且经济合理地反映工件的功能要求。位置度公差适用于对点、直线和平面的位置控制。
The extended tolerance zone is machined parts in a control element, the actual production known as ＂projected tolerance＂ symbol ＂P＂. Its definition is based on the functional requirements of parts, position and symmetry tolerance zone extends beyond the boundaries of the measured length of the elements of the tolerance band called extended tolerance band. Because of the position tolerance conceptual clarity, the only explanation that can accurately reflect the functional and economical requirements of the workpiece. Position tolerance applies to position control for point, line and plane.
