摘要
利用DEA三阶段模型对我国31省市2012年的文化产业效率进行的计算,选取东南沿海地区7省1市的文化产业效率进行评估分析,并使用超效率模型在省域间进行效率得分排位。结果表明:东南沿海地区文化产业效率整体较高,但受环境因素影响较大,且大部分处于规模报酬递减状态。对此,提出了相关建议以助于该地区文化产业的发展。
This article utilizes the results of the cultural industry efficiency in 31 provinces of China in 2012 by applying three-stage DEA model. At the same time, it evaluates and analyzes the efficiency of cultural industry in seven provinces and one city of the southeast coastal area, as well as to acquire the score ranking of efficiency among the provinces by using the super-efficiency model. The results show that the efficiency of the cultural industry in southeast coastal area is higher as a whole, hut is influenced by the environment and in a state of scale returns decreasing. As a result, some suggestions are put forward to facilitate the cultural industry development in the region.
