多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症及慢性炎症的相关性研究进展 被引量:21

Study of the Correlation between Hyperandrogenism and Chronic Inflammation in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是以高雄激素血症为主要特征的内分泌代谢紊乱性疾病,是生殖内分泌领域研究的热点和难点课题之一。近年来大量研究显示,PCOS患者普遍处于一种慢性低度炎症状态,并且这种炎症环境与高雄激素血症的发展密切相关,或者高雄激素血症诱导炎症产生,亦或炎症刺激卵巢产生高雄激素血症,两者相互影响,共同促进PCOS的发生、发展。 Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a disease of endocrine and metabolic disorder, which is mainly characterized by hyperandrogenism. It has always been the hot and difficult topic in the reproductive endocrine field. Recently, a large number of studies have shown that PCOS is a chronic low-grade inflammation. Moreover, there is a co-relationship between this inflammation and hyperandrogenism: either the hyperandrogenism inducing the inflammation, or the inflammation stimulating the ovary to produce more androgen. They may influence each other, and promote the occurrence and development of PCOS together.
