骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折治疗进展 被引量:21

摘要 随着人口的老龄化,骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折(OVCFs)的发病率逐年上升,椎体成形术在美国已逐渐成为治疗疼痛性OVCFs的一种标准方法,但也有研究报道其并不比安慰剂更有效。而作为更小侵入性的方法选择性神经根阻滞术,辅以抗骨质疏松治疗,能有效缓解骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折疼痛。各种治疗方法各有利弊,应根据患者具体情况选择合理的治疗方案,必须把骨折局部治疗和抗骨质疏松治疗结合在一起,才能提高治疗效果,降低骨折不愈合及邻近椎体再骨折发生率。该文对各种治疗在OVCFs中的应用进行综述。 As the aging population grows,the morbidity of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures( OVCFs) is increasing year by year. Vertebroplasty has gradually become a standard method of treatment for painful osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in the United States,while some studies have indicated that the curative effect of vertebroplasty is no better than placebo. However,selective nerve root block,as a less invasive treatment method,combined with anti-osteoporosis treatment can effectively alleviate the pain of OVCFs. All the treatment methods have their pros and cons. A reasonable treatment plan should address both the local fracture treatment and anti-osteoporosis treatment in order to improve the curative effect,reduce the incidence of nonunion and refracture of the adjacent vertebral bodies. Here is to make a review of the progress in the treatment for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.
