摘要
为了使优化后的环形切割器与后级随进战斗部更好地配合,通过ANSYS进行环形切割器建模,利用LS-DYNA分别进行了空气、聚氨酯、泡沫铝、酚醛树脂以及钢板+泡沫铝和钢板+聚氨酯六种隔爆方式的数值模拟,比较其隔爆能力。数值模拟结论表明,聚氨酯是一种很好的隔爆材料,可以有效的降低前级产生的冲击波对后级战斗部的影响。该结论有助于带环形切割器串联战斗部的隔爆设计。
In order to optimize annular cutter of missile tandem warhead,the model of annular cutter was made by ANSYS,and LS-DYNA was used to simulate different materials on explosion-proof,including air,polyurethane,aluminum foam,bakelite,steel + aluminum foam and steel + polyurethane,capabilities of explosion-proofs were compared. According to corresponding experimental results,it is proved that polyurethane is the best material for explosion-proof. The results help for optimum design on explosion-proof body for tandem warhead with front annular cutter.
