摘要
目的:探讨中成药护肝法联合水林佳治疗乙醇性肝病的作用机制以及其疗效。方法:回顾性分析68例乙醇性肝病患者,平均分成两组各34例,对照组采用中成药护肝法治疗,研究组在其基础上配合使用水林佳,连续治疗2个疗程后,观察两组患者的治疗疗效。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率为88.24%,明显高于对照组73.53%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者肝功能指标ALT、AST、T-BIL以及血液中TC、TG含量均较治疗前明显下降,且研究组下降程度高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中成药护肝法联合水林佳治疗乙醇性肝病的疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the mechanism and efficacy of Chinese patent medicine combined with Silibinin on the alcohol- induced liver disease. Methods： 68 cases with alcoholic liver disease in our hospital were used. All of them were divided into two groups. 34 cases in the control group were treated with Chinese patent medicine and the study group used Silibinin on the basis of the control group. The curative effects were observed after two courses ＇ continuous treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the study group was 88. 24%,significantly higher than 73. 53% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The two groups＇ liver functions including ALT,AST,T- BIL and blood TC,TG levels were significantly decreased than before,and the degree of decline of the study group was higher and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese patent medicine combined with Silibinin used on the alcohol- induced liver disease has a significant effect,worthy of clinical application.
