摘要
综述了可用于TS-1分子筛催化剂修饰改性的方法,主要包含:硅烷化改性、酸改性、碱改性、盐改性、金属及其化合物改性.其中硅烷化改性减少了外表面钛含量,从而减少了副反应的发生;酸改性、碱改性、盐改性不同程度地提高了骨架钛的含量.通过对比分析不同修饰改性方法的优缺点,有针对性地根据自己的需求,采取恰当的改性方法进一步改进TS-1分子筛催化剂的催化活性,从而更广泛地应用于工业化生产.
In this paper the data can be used in the modified molecular sieve catalyst modification method of TS-1. It mainly includes silicon alkylation modification, acid modification, alkali modification, salt modification, metal or their compounds modification. We found that the silicon alkylation modification reduced the external surface of titanium content, reducing side reaction; the acid modification, alkali modification, salt modification increase the content of framework titanium with different degree. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the different modification methods, we can take appropriate modification to further improve the TS-1 zeolite catalytic performance according to their needs, and to enhance its activity, thus it will be more widely used in industrial production.
