摘要
"花盆效应"是高校学生教育管理中一种常见的现象。早期教育实践的延展、高校考核评价的短期化行为导向以及辅导员职业倦怠是高校教育管理实践中"花盆效应"生成的主要原因。要破除"花盆效应",从中观层面而言,应当从变革教育管理模式,优化考核评价体系以及消弭高校辅导员的职业倦怠三个方面着手。
“Flowerpot effect”is a kind of phenomenon that appears commonly in the education and management of college students. Basically, it has three main causes including the extension of early education practice, the short-term oriented appraisal of behavior and the occupation slackness of the counsellor teachers. In order to get rid of the effect, from the meso level, three methods can be adopted such as reforming the education and management pattern of colleges, improving the appraisal system and eliminating occupation slackness of counsellor teachers.
