摘要
对起重机卷扬溜钩现象进行深入分析,查明卷扬溜钩问题的关键因素。从泵、阀、制动器、马达等关键环节的匹配控制着手,制定卷扬液压系统的改进方案,通过试验验证后用于国产化产品,在降低产品成本的同时确保产品性能。
Key factors of hoisting sliding to crane are presented on basis of analysis of the sliding phenomenon.To improve the hydraulic system of crane,ways of matching about pump,valve,braker and motor are studied.It is proved that these ways can help to save money and run well.
