摘要
为测量激光发射系统发射激光的指向误差,针对靶板法检测过程复杂和折返镜法检测危险性大、光谱波段适用范围小的缺陷,提出了一种发射激光指向的检测方法,设计了一个发射激光指向的检测装置,介绍了检测装置的结构组成及工作原理,并对发射激光的指向误差进行了实测,得指向误差为4.3",分析了检测装置的主要误差源,得该检测装置的测量误差为1.7",外场试验表明,激光发射系统光束方向检测方法简便、快捷,测量精度满足外场使用要求,可以在工程上得到推广应用。
In order to measure laser beam pointing error for the lasing system, a new measurement method is devel-oped.On the defenses of measurement defect which are complex, dangerous and restricted by the range of spectra of targeting method and parallelism method, a measurement device is designed.In this paper, the structure and working principle of the device are introduced, and the laser beam pointing error is gained which is within 4.7″, by the device.Then, the main systematic errors of the device are analyzed, the measurement error is obtained, which is up to 1.7".Finally, the field test results show that the new measurement method is convenient and rapid, and the measure accuracy of its device could meet demand.
