摘要
目的分析乳腺癌改良根治术后即刻乳房重建对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取本院乳腺癌患者72例,将其分为治疗组(通过乳腺癌改良根治术后即刻乳房重建术治疗)和对照组(通过乳腺癌改良根治术治疗),均为36例,对比和分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗组优良率为94.44%、生理状况评分为(11.86±3.24)分、功能状况评分为(18.87±3.92)分、社会/家庭状况评分为(20.13±3.16)分、情感状况评分为(16.84±2.81)分和附加关注评分为(25.53±3.14)分,分别高于对照组的75.00%及(10.43±3.16)、(13.51±3.52)、(17.76±3.15)、(12.47±3.25)、(23.41±4.51)分(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术后即刻乳房重建可有效提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者的心理障碍。
Objective To analyze the effect of immediate breast reconstruction after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer on quality of life in patients. Methods 72 patients with breast cancer in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group （immediate breast reconstruction after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer was applied）and control group （modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer was used）,each group of 36 cases.Clinical cu- rative effect of two groups was compared and analyzed. Results Excellent and good rate was 94.dd%,the physiological condition score was 11.86±3.24,functional status score was 18.87 ±3.92,social/family status score was 20.13 ±3.16,emo- tional status score was 16.84±2.81 and additional concern score was 25.53±3.14 in treatment group,higher than that in control group（75.00%, 10.43 ±3.16,13.51 ±3.52,17.76±3.15,12.47 ±3.25,23.41 ±4.51 ）respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The immediate breast reconstruction after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer can effectively improve the quality of life in patients,reduce mental disorder of patients.
