摘要
文章通过对目前高校班级管理现状与存在问题的探讨与分析,指出了高校班级管理中存在着班级凝聚力不强、竞争不和谐、考核制度不健全、学习氛围不浓等问题,并从多个角度、多个方面提出了解决问题的对策.
