摘要
通过工程案例,对TBM法施工隧洞管片裂缝的原则作了介绍,探讨了裂缝处理方法、化学灌浆材料选择、施工技术及检查等技术,指出采用化学灌浆是管片裂缝处理行之有效的一种解决方法,处理后提高了隧洞整体结构的稳定性、整体性、耐久性和抗渗性。
According to the engineering cases, the paper introduces the principle for the TBM method to treat tunnel segment cracks, explores some techniques, including the selection for chemical grouting materials, construction technique, and checking, and points out the chemical grouting is the feasible solution to the segment crack to improve the stability, wholeness, durability and anti-permeability, of the tunnel whole structure.
