摘要
由于英语教师队伍的不稳定性以及新的教育形势下对英语教师素质的更高要求,使得英语教师培养成为了炙手可热的话题。笔者通过对萍乡学院外语系2013届英语教育专业523名毕业生的毕业跟踪调查,结果显示毕业生在教学基本功、职业价值观等方面需要加强,本文探讨从技能和价值两个核心内容上下功夫,以加强对职前英语教师的训练和培养。
English teachers training has become quite a hot topic duc to the instability of teaching group and higher requirements for English teachers under the new educational situation. According to the questionnaire of 523 graduates majoring in English education in 2013, the result shows that their shallow professional values and basic teaching skills should be improved. The paper aims to discuss how to develop the comprehensive quality of the pre-professional English teachers from the two core contents of professional value and skills.
