摘要
探讨纤维高强混凝土的配制方法,配制出不同纤维含量的聚乙烯醇(简称PVA)纤维高强混凝土,分析纤维体积含量对高强混凝土抗压、劈拉强度以及破坏特征的影响,并且绘制PVA纤维混凝土强度随龄期的变化曲线。研究表明:PVA纤维可以显著提高高强混凝土的劈拉强度,从而有效改善高强混凝土的脆性,因此PVA纤维是一种可用于混凝土改性的优良材料。
The preparation method of polyvinyl alcohol ( PVA ) fiber reinforced high-strength concrete was investigated.PVA fiber reinforced high-strength concrete with several different fiber volume contents were prepared . It was analyzed the influence of PVA fiber volume contents on the compressive strength and splitting strength , as well as the failure characteristics of high-strength concrete .The curve of strength was drawn , which was changed with the age of concrete .The results show that the brittleness and splitting strength can be improved in a large extent . Therefore, PVA fiber is a kind of excellent composite material which can contribute to improve the property of concrete .
