摘要
文章选取国外科研机构、科研基金会和协会、高校三种类型机构的七个典型科研文件管理制度作为案例研究,从科研文件管理的责任链关系、管理驱动因素、资源特点、文件管理环节要求、电子环境下的科研文件管理五个方面对案例内容进行了系统分析,借鉴国外经验对我国科研文件管理制度的改进提出了几点建议。
This article chooses seven typical re-search records management policies from three types of foreign research organizations （research agencies, universities, research foundation and asso-ciation） for case study. Five aspects of research re-cords management are systematically analyzed in terms of the responsibility chain, the driving forces, the characteristics of the resources, the require-ments of records management processes and the re-search records management in electronic environ-ment. Based on the studies, suggestions for improv-ing the institution of research records management to China are given.
