摘要
目的在临床与职能科室不具备信息联网的条件下,对住院患者实施医院感染信息上报管理,找出切实可行的管理方案。方法从2011-2012年应用北京市医院感染监控管理系统,对照医院临床医师上报住院患者医院感染信息的初报和终报两个监测报表,利用Excel表格,按照调查内容列项,实时录入、分析,记录每名临床医师上报时限及漏报内容。结果上报达标时限、初报率和完整率2012年6-12月比2011年6-12月均有提高;但两年来总达标时限占26.56%,不达标占73.44%,仍未达到管理的理想目标。结论实时监测、反馈的管理方法,明确了临床一线医务人员及管理者各自的责任;采取积极主动管理方法,个体化指导和普遍教育相结合,对临床与管理职能科室未联网的被动局面,有一定促进效果。
OBJECTIVE To carry out the management of reporting of information of nosocomial infections in hospi‐talized patients under the condition of deficiency in information network in clinical and functional departments so as to find out feasible management program and raise the magnification rate .METHODS From 2011 to 2012 ,by means of Beijing Nosocomial Infection Surveillance Management System ,the two monitoring reports of nosocomial infections in the hospitalized patients ,including the early reporting and the final reporting ,were observed ;the re‐al‐time input ,analysis ,and record of the reporting limits and missed reporting contents were performed according to the investigation contents by using Excel technique .RESULTS The rate of qualified reporting time limit ,rate of primary reporting ,and complete rate were improved more significantly in the Jun‐Dec 2012 than in the Jun‐Dec 2011 .In the past two years ,the total qualified time limits accounted for 26 .56% ,while the unqualified time limits accounted for 73 .44% ,which still did not achieve the ideal goal .CONCLUSION The real‐time monitoring and feedback has defined the responsibilities of the frontline clinical medical staff .The active management combined with individual guidance and universal education can promote the condition of deficiency in information netork in clinical and functional departments .
