摘要
头足动物种类繁多,分布广泛,渔获量大,资源十分丰富,是重要的经济海产。头足类动物常被加工为干品和冻品,加工的副产物,如内脏物、骨、皮、墨汁等约占总比例的30%,具有重要的药用价值。多糖类成分是头足动物副产物重要的活性成分,对于头足动物多糖类物质的开发研究,可综合利用海洋资源,变废为宝,具有良好的开发前景。本文对头足动物多糖资源及其在食品医药领域的应用进行综述。
Cephalopods are considered to be an important seafood, which are well known for the wide varieties, widespreading distribution, abundant resources and amounts of fishing. Cephalopods are of- ten processed to be dried and frozen goods, and 300//00 of the Cephalopods are left as by-products like dirt, bones, skin and ink. Polysaccharides are the interesting bioactive components of their tissues. The exploitation and research on Cephalopod polysaccharides can make comprehensive and full utiliza- tion of marine resource, make waste profitable and has a good prospect of development. This review summarized the structures, bioactivities and application of Cephalopod polysaccharides.
