摘要
本文以三级铝矾土和砂土为主要原料,在1440~1520℃高温下,制备了性能优良的低密度陶粒支撑剂,研究了烧结温度对其物相形貌、物理性能的影响。其结果表明:烧成温度在1500℃时,制备的试样主要物相为莫来石和石英,体密度为1.35 g/cm3,视密度为2.78 g/cm3,35 MPa闭合压力下的破碎率为9.47%。符合国标,适合闭合压力高于浅井油气井的应用。
In this paper,the low-density ceramic proppant was sintered from 1440 to 1520 ℃ using three bauxite and sand as the main raw materials. And research the influence of sintering temperature on the phase morphology,physical properties. The results showed that when the temperature is 1500 ℃,its main phase was mullite and quartz. The bulk density was 1. 35 g / cm3,the apparent density is 2. 78 g /cm3,broken rate under the 35 MPa pressure was 9. 47%. It meet the national standard and is suited to apply in the wells that closure pressure is higher than the shallow wells.
