摘要
目前中药临床药学尚处于起步阶段,是临床药学的一新分支,其研究重点是中药治疗的安全性、有效性和合理性。由于中药临床药师业务水平和数量有限,与临床的沟通不足以及医院的重视与支持不够为普遍存在的问题。根据这一现状,为了培养与提高药师的专业知识水平与临床实践经验的同时,尽可能在力所能及的领域内开展相关工作,如收集患者在服用中药后的反馈、开展中药知识宣传教育工作、开展中药处方点评工作等,参考学习其他医院的成功经验,为临床和患者提供更好的药学服务。
The clinical pharmaceutics of Chinese medicine is at the initial stage currently and is the new branch of clinical pharmaceutics.The research focuses on the safety,effectiveness and rationality of Chinese medicine treatment.Because of the limits of professional level and numbers of Chinese medicine pharmacists in clinic,the lack of communication and support from hospital become the common question.Regarding this status,in order to cultivate and improve the professional knowledge and clinical experiences of pharmacists,the relevant works should be possibly conducted,such as collection of feedback from patients after Chinese medicine application,development of the education on Chinese medicine and reviews on Chinese medicine prescription,as well as learning from the successful experiences of the other hospitals so that the better pharmaceutical service can be provided in clinical practice and for the patients.
