心血管疾病患者血清甲状腺激素的检测价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究检测心血管患者血清甲状腺激素水平的临床价值。方法选取我院2012年1月—2014年1月收治的符合《内科学》诊断标准的心血管疾病患者126例,将其设为观察组,按照疾病类型分为两个亚组即急性心肌梗死组(观察1组)、慢性心力衰竭组(观察2组);另选取126例健康人群将其设为对照组。应用荧光磁微粒酶免疫分析法测定各组人群中血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)、甲状腺刺激激素(TSH)水平。结果观察组与对照组在血清T3水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清T4、TSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察1组和观察2组血清T3、T4、TSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清甲状腺激素水平与心功能有关,该检测指标可以作为心血管患者病情发展、预后转归的一项重要参考指标。
