摘要
从我国电子招投标市场现状出发,分析了影响我国电子招投标的主要风险因素,建立了电子招投标风险评价指标体系。在对三角模糊数及模糊评价研究的基础上,提出了用三角模糊数互补判断矩阵因子权重排序方法,结合专家方案集对电子招投标风险指标进行度量,找出了主要风险因素并提出相应对策。
This paper, starting with the current situation of China＇s electronic bidding market,analyzes the main risk factors that affect our country＇s electronic bidding, establishes the elec- tronic bidding risk evaluation index system. On the basis of triangular fuzzy number and fuzzy evaluation, it puts forward using the triangular fuzzy number complementary to judge matrix factor weight ordering method, combined with expert scheme set to measure the electronic bid- ding risk, finds out the main risk factors and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
