摘要
在实际的织造过程中,纱线的张力时刻都在发生着变化,对其的跟踪控制也成为织造过程中的难点之一。为减小纱线张力的跟踪误差,简化纱线张力系统的跟踪控制问题,提出了一种基于右互质分解的纱线张力控制方法。在三元素模型基础上,结合右互质分解理论,通过数学计算得到合理的纱线张力模型。基于纱线张力模型,设计并给出了纱线张力的跟踪控制方法,并在Mat Lab/simulink仿真中验证了该方案的合理性。通过理论与仿真系统的设计验证,基于右互质分解的纱线张力跟踪控制方法能够很好地完成纱线张力的跟踪与控制。
In an actual weaving process,the yarn tension is changing,thus how to track and control it has become one of the most difficult problems.In order to reduce the tracking error of the yarn tension,and simplify the tracking control problem of the yarn tension,this paper puts forward a kind of control method of the yarn tension based on right coprime factorization.A rational yarn tension model is obtained by the mathematical calculation in combination with the theory of right coprime factorization and base on the three element model.Based on the yarn tension model,the tracking control method of the yarn tension is designed and proposed,and is proved by the simulation in MatLab/simulink.Through the design verification of theory and simulation system,the tracking control method based on the right coprime factorization can well implement the tracking and control of the yarn tension.
