右美托咪啶联合舒芬太尼对老年患者膝关节镜术后镇痛的效果观察 被引量：15

摘要 目的 探讨右美托咪啶联合舒芬太尼对老年患者膝关节镜术后镇痛效果.方法 选择2013年1月至2014年1月行择期膝关节镜手术的老年患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例.术后均连接静脉自控镇痛泵,试验组予舒芬太尼、托烷司琼、右美托咪定2 μg/kg,对照组予舒芬太尼、托烷司琼.比较两组患者术后镇痛、镇静效果与不良反应.结果 试验组4h的镇痛评分（2.13±0.39）分明显小于对照组（2.41±0.52）分,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.试验组48 h内镇静评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.试验组不良反应率16.67％小于对照组43.33％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 右美托咪啶联合舒芬太尼对老年患者膝关节镜术后镇痛镇静效果较好,不良反应较少,安全可靠。
