摘要
调查显示,我国高校图书馆馆员存在职业压力、职业倦怠等工作与生活失衡现象。工作、生活满意度是衡量馆员工作与生活平衡与否的重要指标。高校图书馆可实施员工援助计划(EAP),在咨询辅导、家庭协助、教育发展及员工福利4个方面实现馆员工作与生活的平衡,提高工作、生活满意度。为确保实施效果,高校图书馆在实施EAP时应注重细节管理、馆员情绪管理,并制订相应的评价指标体系。
The survey shows that the Chinese university librarian exists unbalance phenomena between the work and the life, such as the occupational stress and burnout. The satisfaction degree of the work and the life are important indicators to measure the balance between the work and the life of the librarian or not. The university library could implement the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to achieve the balance between the work and the life of the librarian in four aspects of the consultation and the guidance, the family assistance, the education development and the employee welfare, in order to improve the satisfaction degree of the work and the life. In order to ensure the implementation effect, the university library in the implementation of EAP should pay attention to the detail management, the emotional management of the librarian, and fomulate the corresponding evaluation index system.
