摘要
针对我国当前异地领取养老保险中对领取人员的身份认证难以确定的问题,提出了一种基于人脸识别的非现场身份认证系统,分析了系统的总体架构和各个功能模块,并设计了非现场身份认证流程,能够对跨地区领取养老金的人员实现高强度的身份认证,为减少养老金冒领骗领等情况提供了有效技术手段,从而推动社保工作健康有序地运行。
An off-site authentication system was proposed base on human face recognition to solve these problems of someone confirming the identity who got their pensions in cross regional pension in our country. The overall framework and each function moduleof the system was analyzed, and the process of off-site authentication system was also studied. This system can achieve high strength authentication to the people in cross regional pension, and provide effective technical means for reducing pension falsely claimed, that promoted the social security work operation healthy and orderly.
