摘要
目的：探讨药物治疗瘢痕增生的有效方法及护理措施。方法：采用曲安奈德注射液（40mg/ml）与2%盐酸利多卡因按1：2比例混合摇匀进行瘢痕局部注射,同时配合心理护理和准确操作手法以及细心的用药观察等措施。结果：148例患者经治疗后局部痛痒感基本消失,瘢痕组织变软,颜色变浅,瘢痕疙瘩缩小,变平坦,随访1~3年,总效率100%。结论：采用曲安奈德加盐酸利多卡因治疗瘢痕增生和瘢痕疙瘩,是目前治疗瘢痕的一种简便有效的方法,值得推广和利用。
Objective： To explore the effective method of drug for the treatment of scar hyperplasia and nursing measures. Methods Using the triamcinolone acetonide injection （40mg/ml） with 2% lidocaine hydrochloride by 1： 2 ratio of mixed strain scar local injection, at the same time with the psychological nursing and accurate manipulation and careful observation of drug use and other measures. Results： 146 patients were treated after local itching disappeared, scar tissue becomes soft, color becomes shallow, keloid narrow, flattened, followed up for 1-3 years, the total efficiency is i00%. Conclusion Use of triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine hydrochloride in treatment of hyperplastic scar and keloid, is a simple and effective method for the treatment of scar now, worthy of promotion and utilization.
