摘要
分别采用常规铸造法和电磁半连续铸造法进行AZ31B-H24镁合金试样的制备,并进行了显微组织、物相组成分析和力学性能测试。分析测试结果表明:与常规铸造法相比,电磁半连续铸造法制备的AZ31B-H24镁合金有利于提高汽车发动机前盖的力学性能。
Taking AZ31B-H24 alloy as research materials,the conventional casting method and electromagnetic semi-continuous casting method were applied for preparing AZ31B-H24 alloy specimens, and the microstructure analysis, phase composition analysis and mechanical testing of the samples were carried out. The analysis and test results show that compared with conventional casting methods, AZ31B-H24alloy prepared by electromagnetic semi-continuous casting method can improve the mechanical properties of automobile engine cover.
