摘要
作者自校是指作者对其被录用的论文出版清样所做的自行校对活动,是科技期刊编辑出版流程中的重要环节,是一种不可替代的校对形式。作者自校有助于减少编校差错率,增强作者的责任感,提高编辑的主体学习意识,有效减少出版法律纠纷,拉近编辑和作者的关系。在具体实践中,需要不断改进方式和方法,向作者提供详尽的自校须知,并规定自校时间。
Author proofreading refers to the author self proofread the paper proofs which is accepted,and is important in the process of editing and publishing of scientific journal,is an irreplaceable proofreading form.Author proofreading helps reduce the editing error rate,enhance the sense of responsibility of the author,to improve the editorial subj ect consciousness of learning,effectively reduce the legal disputes of publication,closer relationship between editors and authors.In practice,it needs to improve the ways and means constantly,provide detailed proofreading instructions to the author,and formulate self-proofread-ing time.
