摘要
科普旅游是科学普及工作发展到新阶段的产物,是旅游业的发展逐渐进入高层次的表现。本研究从分析科普旅游游客感知因素入手,选取具有代表性的20个指标,利用因子分析法萃取出影响科普旅游游客感知的四类因子,按照影响程度依次为资源与产品感知因子、服务感知因子、价格感知因子、环境感知因子。通过计算和比较各个指标的权重,得出各个指标对科普旅游游客感知的重要程度。最后,针对影响科普旅游游客感知因素,提出了提升科普旅游游客感知的对策建议。
Popular science tourism is the product of the popular science work development into a new stage, as well as the performance of the tourism into the high-level. This study analyzes the factors of tourist perception in popular science tourism, selects representative 20 indicators, uses factor analysis to extract four perception factors, which are resources and product perception factor, service perception factor, price perception factor, and environmental perception factor. By calculating and comparing the weight of each index, it reaches a conclusion that the importance of the various indicators of popular science tourism tourists perception. Finally, the paper proposes some countermeasures to enhance tourist perception in popular science tourism.
