摘要
目的探究锁定加压钢板与传统治疗方法在四肢骨折患者治疗过程中的效果比较以及锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的优点。方法选择2012年7月1日至2013年7月1日在本院诊治的符合入选标准的28位患者,采用分配方案隐藏对患者进行分组,实验组采用锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折,对照组采用传统治疗方式。结果术后3个月,实验组与对照组骨骼愈合人数分别为2人、1人;术后6个月实验组与对照组骨折愈合累计人数为12人、8人;术后9个月,实验组14例患者骨折全部愈合,对照组有2例患者未愈合。Johner-Wruhs功能评价,实验组14例患者中,有10例患者预后状态为优,4例预后状态为良、无患者预后状态为尚可。对照组14例患者中,8例患者预后为优、4例良、2例为尚可。采用确切概率法进行分析,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后优良率为100%(14/14)。对照组治疗后优良率为85.7%(12/14)。结论实验组和疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后随访一年发现,实验组愈合率以及愈合速度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。
Objective To explore the treatment method of locking compression plate and the traditional comparison of patients during treatment effect of locking compression plate in the treatment of fracture and the advantages of limb fractures in the extremities. Methods From July 1, 2012 to July 1, 2013 in our hospital 28 patients meet the inclusion criteria, hidden for grouping patients using the allocation scheme, the experimental group with locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures, the control group used the traditional way of treatment. Results Three months after operation, in the experimental group, two guys has healed the fracture and in the control group, there is one person. Six months after surgery, the experimental group and the control group, the healing of the fracture cumulative number is 12 people, 8 people; 9 months after operation, 14 cases in the experimental group were all fractures healed, 2 in the control group patients with nonunion. Evaluation ofJohner -Wruhs function, the experimental group of 14 patients, 10 patients prognosis is excellent, 4 cases as benign prognosis, prognostic status of patients as fair. The control group of 14 patients, 8 patients were excellent, 4 cases of benign prognosis, 2 cases as fair. The exact probabihty analysis method, with statistically significant difference （P〈 0.05 ） . The experimental group after treatment, the excellent and good rate was 100% （ 14/14 ） . The control group after treatment, the excellent and good rate was 85.7% （ 12/14 ） . Conclusion In the experimental group, and the curative effect is better than thatof control group （P〈0.05） . Postoperative follow-up of one year found that the healing rate and heahng rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group （ P〈 0.05 ） .
