摘要
本文以2011年东营市经济发展状况基础数据为研究对象,运用特尔斐法、主成分分析法、变异系数法给予指标赋予不同的权重,对东营市各县的经济发展水平进行评价;通过对比分析,发现最适宜的经济发展水平评价赋权的方法——变异系数法。
In this paper, with the condition of Dongying’s economic development in 2011 as the underlying data , the levelsof economic development of different counties are evaluated, applying the Delphi, principal component analysis andcoefficient of variation respectively to give different weights to the index; it is found that the most appropriate weightingmethod of evaluation is coefficient of variation through comparative analysis.
