摘要
在分析普通高校体育工作的内涵和《高等学校体育工作基本标准》的基础上,通过专家访谈和两轮的专家调查,建立了由组织与管理系统、条件保障系统、体育实施系统、体育效果系统的4个一级指标、12个二级指标和45个三级指标组成的普通高校体育工作评价指标体系,并采用了层次分析法确定了每一个指标的权重值。
Based on analyzing the connotation of P. E. Work in colleges and ＂ the P. E. Work basic standard＂ in institutions of higher education,with the means of expert interviews and investigations,the evaluation index system of P. E. work in colleges was established. It is composed of 4 first grade indexes（ organization and management system,condition security system,P.E. Executive system and P. E effect system）,12 second grade indexes and 45 third grade indexes whose weight values are determined by the Analysis Hierarchy Process.
